Key Responsibilities:
Measure & continually improve the effectiveness of all processes, including budget, operations, and management, throughout the OPS Organization
Chart the company's strategic growth strategies as a key contributor of the executive team.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects that drive incremental growth
Oversee production, quality assurance, and supply chain management in custom electronics or componentry manufacturing environments that support a complex, Customer industry base
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean methodologies
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO13485, AS9100, IATF13949 and ISO9001 among others
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering or other related discipline.
5-10 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in custom electronics or componentry manufacturing environments that support robust industry bases
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Expertise in process optimization and Lean methodologies.
