- Seasoned professional with 5-10 years in Pharmaceutical Sales or Procurement
- In-depth understanding of APIs/CDMO operations and the US Pharmaceutical Market is highly desirable
- Based out of our Bridgewater Office in New Jersey, with the flexibility of partial remote work.
- Expect to travel 50% of the time for client meetings and industry conventions.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, supported by our supply, quality, and regulatory teams.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing and Industrial Affairs to deliver optimized product offerings and premier customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic commercial and prospecting plans in partnership with the North America Business Excellence team.
- Conduct thorough customer evaluations to fully understand their market presence and share insights internally.
- Execute the commercial strategy and pricing policies set by the General Manager for North America.
- Engage in negotiations to establish favorable pricing and terms, aiming for annual renewals.
- Draft and finalize supply contracts to foster long-term partnerships and explore cross-selling avenues.
- Participate in setting the annual sales budget and contribute to the strategic planning for the next 3-5 years.
- Monitor sales and margins, performing gap and trend analyses, and take corrective measures when necessary.
- Aid in the development of business initiatives at both the North American and Global levels.
- Actively suggest strategies to meet the commercial targets established by the North American leadership.
- Organize regular meetings and touchpoints with existing clients and prospects. Be ready to interact and involve with clients' key stakeholders (such as General Managers, Business Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Production managers...)
- Represent Euroapi at national and international events, enhancing our brand's visibility.
- Align internal commercial goals with the broader objectives of Global Marketing, Strategy, and Industrial teams, as well as essential support functions.
- Adhere to Euroapi's ethical standards, internal controls, and industry best practices.
- Complete mandatory training promptly and seek opportunities for professional growth.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Customer-focused with a track record of exceptional service.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and highly motivated.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.
- High level of autonomy, with ability to present to senior management.
- Organized, efficient, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Degree in Sales/Business, with relevant experience in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or procurement within the US pharmaceutical sector.
