    Role Description

    This is a full-time onsite Sales Specialist and Estimating role located in Miami, FL with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including creating and nurturing leads, cold calling, and developing relationships with potential clients. The Sales Specialist and Estimator will also provide training on our products and services, manage sales pipelines, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure targets are achieved.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Glass industry estimating experience preferred but not required
    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the glass or construction industry
    • Experience in providing training and managing sales pipelines
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
    • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
