Role Summary: Brief summary which describes nature and level of work
Under the general supervision of the Sr. Mgr. Information Technology, the System Administrator is responsible for administration and management of VMWare environments (on premise, small size), and O365 applications/services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune supporting users in Redmond, WA and Santa Clara, CA offices. This individual is a single point of contact for all VMware and O365 related issues and is responsible for identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues. As a liaison with multiple technical teams, this role is critical in providing accurate technical and functional feedback and soliciting input from the end user community to ensure continuous improvements.
