- Oversee and manage environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations within the designated region.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations and standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide EHS training to employees and promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive EHS initiatives and best practices.
- Maintain records and documentation related to EHS activities, reports, and compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for EHS-related inquiries, inspections, and audits.
- Monitor emerging EHS trends and regulations to ensure my client remains at the forefront of industry standards and practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field (or relevant experience); relevant certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in EHS management roles
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations, with a proven track record of ensuring organizational compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams across diverse locations.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive EHS programs and strategies.
- Skilled in conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver EHS training, reports, and presentations to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety.
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated region and occasionally nationally for audits, meetings, and trainings.
