- Assist with various filings, discovery issues, litigation, or mergers & acquisitions as these events may occur.
- Perform file maintenance, database input, document preparation, and imaging duties in accordance with corporation Records Management policies and procedures.
- Prepare and arrange files for storage and retrieval.
- Assist in special records management projects as needed.
- Perform filing, typing, word processing, data processing, and retrieval duties in compliance with laws and policies regarding confidentiality.
- Operate standard office equipment, a computer terminal, and imaging equipment.
