**Responsibilities:**
Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders Drive supplier selection decisions, routing spend to preferred suppliers and working with technical teams to identify and source items Generate regular reports to provide status updates and tracking of open orders Assist Sourcing and Supply Managers with supplier onboarding efforts, ensuring that accurate documentation (NDAs, COIs, Terms & Conditions) are in place and supplier information is up to date Work with warehouse team to monitor inventory levels and determine purchasing needs on a weekly basis Coordinate with suppliers to deliver orders on time while building and maintaining positive supplier relations Identify procurement process issues and drive continuous improvement efforts
**Minimum Education and Experience:**
Bachelor Degree and 3+ years experience specially in procurement or purchasing Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and exhibit high attention to detail
**Additional Skills:**
