Summary

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Select suppliers at existing and new project stages to meet cost, time, and specification requirements of development projects.
  • Ensure supplier capacity after new product launches for the entire product lifetime.
  • Develop an NPI roadmap to pursue process excellence in NPI.
  • Identify leverage opportunities in awards to negotiate the best prices of existing standard parts used in NPI.
  • Analyze cost breakdowns and identify costsaving opportunities with the NPI and strategic teams.
  • Support and drive initiatives to improve supplier quality and delivery performance.

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of relevant Supply Chain and Procurement experience, preferably in Electronics industries.
  • Demonstrated track
- record of achieving results in negotiation and supplier management.

  • Business acumen, strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership, creativity, presentation skills, influencing skills, resultsdriven, actionoriented, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong people and organizational leadership skills.
  • High analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Proficiency in supply chain management principles and procurement processes.
  • Understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles, especially in the electronics sectors.
  • Familiarity with cost analysis and costsaving strategies.

Position Details:


  • Employment type: Full Time
  • Base Salary: DOE
  • Yearend profit sharing
