As part of the organization team, you will support the further expansion of the department and ensure the smooth operation of our customers' mail services in Helmstedt.


What to expect from us:


  • As a reliable member of the mailroom team, you will take responsibility for incoming and outgoing documents and courier shipments.
  • You will efficiently handle the fine and coarse sorting of mail, internal and external messenger services, and possibly courier trips.
  • You will also enter necessary data into our systems and reliably take care of general office tasks.
  • Collecting and loading incoming and outgoing mail or packages completes your range of duties.

What you bring with you:


  • You have professional experience as a mailroom employee or in similar positions.
  • In addition, you have solid PC skills and good German language skills.
  • Good English skills (e.g. at B1 level) round off your profile, but are not a requirement.
