Conference Room Hero/Heroine - Coffee Break Rockstar - Conference Fairy


Are you looking for a new challenge and want to work in a professional team? Then join our renowned client, the business caterer for globally recognized industrial and service companies, in their conference and meeting service.


Your role:


You will be part of the conference service team and ensure appropriate hospitality for the guests and employees of our clients.

You will prepare and clean the conference rooms, refresh them during breaks, and ensure that everyone feels comfortable during meetings.

Your discreet and efficient service in the background sets you apart.

You will also regularly clean and stock the coffee machines and beverage stations, keeping your work area clean and tidy at all times.

Adhering to the HACCP concept and current hygiene measures is second nature to you.


Requirements:


  • Ideally, experience in conference service or banquet service
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Diligent and fast working style
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and a wellgroomed appearance
  • Knowledge of the HACCP concept
