Operational Purchaser (m/f/diverse)
in Wedel


Your tasks:
Activity as an operational purchaser with the following main tasks (m/f/diverse):

  • Execution of procurement activities for defined order volumes and ensuring material supply according to customer requirements
  • Processing of purchase requests and order confirmations
  • Clarification of technical and commercial issues with suppliers and requesting parties, as well as support in supplier management
  • Recording of purchasingrelated master data
  • Obtaining and evaluating offers and conducting offer comparisons and price negotiations
  • Support in the selection of alternative solutions and suppliers during the project phase in cooperation with strategic project purchasers
  • Placing and processing orders as well as concluding quantity and value contracts
  • Preparation of defect notices and charges based on error reports

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, mechatronics technician or similar (m/f/diverse)
  • Current professional experience as a purchaser in the industrial sector (m/f/diverse)
  • Very good knowledge of supplier management
  • Good German and English skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP advantageous
