Image Rights Administrator | m/f/d:


Your tasks:


  • You will be responsible for obtaining images from agencies and other rights holders, including negotiating fees
  • You will assist with image research
  • You will handle fee invoicing and sending receipts to agencies and other rights holders
  • You will maintain license information and master data in the DORIS database
  • You will create image source directories

Your profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have experience in license management and publishing
  • You work independently and responsibly
  • You have a high level of process orientation
  • You are assertive and a team player
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • You have good English skills
