    Description


    Job Title: Account Representative

    Company: Insurance Solutions Inc.

    • Responsible for various customer service activities for agents and clients
    • Communicate with customers, troubleshoot problems, handle renewals, and offer additional coverages
    • Support tasks related to planning, documentation, and on-boarding of new programs
    • Execute strategies to build stronger relationships with current and new customers
    • Answer customer inquiries on coverage questions, policy changes, quotes, and billing issues
    • Handle incoming claims calls and certificate requests
    • Conduct periodic account reviews and enhance existing accounts as needed
    • Resolve disputes between customers, company, and agencies
    • Work closely with agencies, advising them on critical events and following instructions
    • Document work in the management system
    • Respond to underwriting requests for additional customer information
    • Stay updated on industry changes, market trends, and state-specific guidelines
    • Work with Account Managers to understand and document customer requirements
    • Support the creation of implementation project plans and identify potential risks
    • Utilize company software, agency management system, and other tools as needed
    • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent experience
