The companies within the Karlsberg Group, with 1100 employees, offer a variety of beverages and services for daily enjoyment, including beers, mineral waters, fruit juices, soft drinks, transportation, and catering services.

We are currently seeking a part-time (20 hours/week)

Customer Service Representative for the Hills and Dales division of Niehoffs Vaihinger Fruchtsaft GmbH in Homburg.

This position is a 12-month contract.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with customer agreements, preparing and following up on tenders, annual and other customer meetings, as well as budget management and control.

You will also be responsible for creating and reviewing customer invoices, as well as general tasks in accounts receivable.
In addition, you will handle customer complaints and maintain customer records and conditions.

Requirements:

You should have a background in business administration and preferably some experience in this field, with knowledge of business and accounting practices being advantageous.

You should also be familiar with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, and ideally have knowledge of SAP.
Teamwork is essential, and you should possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
