Responsibilities:

Processing of letters of credit
Handling of export orders
Preparation of offers and order processing including cost calculation
Application and monitoring of foreign guarantees
Goods receipt control
Customs clearance
Shipment monitoring
Loading (including issuance or procurement of necessary documents)
Communication with freight forwarders, customers, and suppliers
Coordination of shipping tasks, if necessary, to country departments

Requirements:

Completed commercial apprenticeship as foreign trade merchant or freight forwarder
Relevant professional experience as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)
Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry is desirable
Proficient in all MS Office products
Organizational skills
Confident demeanor
Excellent English language skills, knowledge of French and/or Russian would be desirable
