Start your training as a specialist in restaurant and event catering (m/f/d) - previously known as a restaurant specialist (m/f/d) - at our Brasserie Colette Tim Raue in Konstanz.

The practical part of your training will take place at our Brasserie Colette Tim Raue as well as in the in-house resident restaurant of our Tertianum Premium Residence.

This will give you the opportunity to gain experience in both the traditional and modern world of gastronomy and learn how to interact with people of all ages - a unique training opportunity that will prepare you for your professional career.
