Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, requirement elicitation, and adept problem-solving, coupled with a strong technical background in ERP systems and proficiency in SQL.

Representative ResponsibilitiesMaintain consistent communication with business units regarding IT products and servicesFacilitate negotiation of priorities between business units, IT management, and technical staffGather and verify requirements for project initiatives, enhancement requests, and problem resolutionCommunicate business requirements to technical staff and facilitate conflict resolutionCreate and execute test plansProvide project management and analysis servicesCreate, update, and deliver documentation and training for IT products and servicesEnsure timely resolution of second-level help desk casesAdhere to corporate, departmental, and team policies and proceduresParticipate in IT response to emergency incidentsParticipate as a member of the IT Business Analyst TeamParticipate on project teams as a Business Analyst and/or Project ManagerCommunicate service-impacting issues to Senior Business Analyst, IT Management and/or the IT Help DeskApplication user account administrationApplication development, configuration, and system administrationOther duties as assignedSpecial projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashionMinimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or 8 years of comparable business experience in increasingly responsible positions in the related disciplineAll levels of job-related experience will be consideredKnowledge of project management, business analytics and testing strategiesKnowledge of corporate applications, computer hardware, operating systems, applications and desktop environmentsExcellent customer service, conflict resolution, and follow-up skillsAbility to solve difficult problems and interdependency issues between complex business systemsExtensive troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFlexibility with time constraints
