    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT OKAY HUMANS
    • Provide talk therapy for individuals (13 yrs & up) and/or couples, in-person or virtually, using evidence-based psychotherapy (psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, etc)
    • Commitment to measurement based-care
    • Strictly adhere to HIPAA and security regulations to protect guests' health information
    • Create comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation through our streamlined, user-friendly, custom therapist portal
    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    • Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited university or program
    • Active CA license (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc) / Active CA pre-license associate registration with ~1,500 hrs (e.g AMFT, ACSW, APCC, etc)
    • Strong demonstrated commitment to professional skills including legal and ethical standards
    • Training and experience working with couples and/or teens is a plus
    • Available to work at least 20 hours a week
    • Available to work in person
    • Available to work weekends (Saturday) is a plus
