    We are seeking a Director of Field Operations to join our team You will be responsible for the management and delivery of commercial construction projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage project teams in delivering multiple construction projects within the organization's portfolio for new and existing construction projects
    • Works with key stakeholders and other functional business units to deliver on a diverse portfolio of project types with an ability to conduct construction meetings and presentations
    • Assists with project planning and chartering, including responsibility for preliminary budget and schedule information
    • Provides support to secure project entitlements, permits and other required approvals with a knowledge of regulatory and code requirements for construction management
    • Prepares scope, bid documentation and evaluations to support contracting of external vendors and consultants on a variety of projects with an ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
    • Plan and implement large to mid-size construction projects
    • Direct and lead the work of project managers and superintendents
    • Evaluate new construction strategies and procedures
    • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
    • Maintain required project documentation
    • Serve as a liaison between business and field construction aspects of projects

    Qualifications:

    • BS or Associate degree in Construction, Architectural Management, Engineering, or related field
    • 10+ years' experience in Construction Management, Design Engineering Management, or Architectural Management
    • Experience managing due diligence and permitting or construction administration for multiple buildings and/or site development projects
    • Over 5 years of experience managing project teams
    • Experience working in cross-functional
    • Previous experience in Commercial Construction, this is not information technology work
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Strong leadership qualities
