Nutzfahrzeuge Göppl GmbH is a traditional family-owned company and part of the Göppl Group.

We specialize in new and used commercial vehicles, as well as repairs and accident repairs for commercial vehicles and refrigeration units on trailers and semi-trailers.

With a total of 140 employees, we are represented at five locations in Bamberg, Leupoldsgrün, Nuremberg, Regensburg, and Weiden.


To strengthen our team at the commercial vehicle workshop in Weiden, we are currently looking for a Warranty Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time.


Your responsibilities:


  • Commercial processing and invoicing of workshop services and accident damage
  • Invoicing of warranty and maintenance contract transactions with the manufacturer
  • Invoicing of services to end customers in cooperation with the workshop team
  • Monitoring the execution of repairs / services / accident repairs
  • Recording documentation for manufacturers and assessors
  • Issuing and taking back service replacement vehicles in coordination with the relevant department

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector
  • Several years of experience as a service advisor desired
  • You approach our customers in an open and friendly manner
  • You take our customers' questions and requests seriously
  • Experience in processing repair orders
  • Organizational talent
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
