NIGHT SHIFT

Your Responsibilities
Responsible for social work at the GULLIVER Homeless Survival Station.

As part of the
model development and implementation of a low-threshold night service (from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am) for the homeless starting on June 1, 2024, we are looking for social work professionals who would like to contribute to the implementation and development of this innovative pilot project.

GULLIVER is a low-threshold service and employment project for and with homeless and unhoused people.

Your Profile

Completed degree in social pedagogy/social work or social work (BA, MA) or students in advanced semesters (BA/MA) or employees with comparable qualifications
Respectful approach to the target group and their concerns
Independent, equally teamoriented and solutionoriented work style
Moderation of visitor conflicts

Crisis intervention counseling

Acute "emergency counseling"
Social counseling (shortterm or initial counseling)
Referral to and networking with suitable services
Willingness to work night shifts
