General Summary
As Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing the TrainHeroic Marketplace. Your day-to-day will include managing the sales pipeline, creatively researching and sourcing new prospects and opportunities, and facilitating the scheduling and conducting of meetings with customers. Additionally, you'll be responsible for supporting customers directly and supporting the business development team with various administrative responsibilities.
You are passionate about finding the right coaches and for helping them achieve their desired outcomes by leveraging our software and services. You're consistent and relentless in your approach, you're resourceful and curious, and you're a continuous learner with a hunger for knowledge. You are comfortable challenging the status-quo, creating and refining processes in a fast-paced environment. You value team members' input from all levels and you actively seek ways to support your colleagues.
You will sit directly with the Business Development team, work in close collaboration with the Customer Support Team, and report to the Director of Business Development.

Compensation
Peaksware/TrainingPeaks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $48,548 - $80,914. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
In addition to base salary this position will be eligible for an attractive performance based variable compensation plan.

Work Environment
