    Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites.

    With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing.

    As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.


    The Center Development Director is responsible for leading a team of Center Development Liaison professionals as they communicate the Healogics Wound Care Center's value proposition within their community to referring physicians and patients that could benefit from the differentiated, quality care provided by Healogics.

    The Center Development Director coaches the Liaisons within their Territory to establish ongoing relationships between various hospital departments, referring providers, and the community, while providing insight into the Patient First care and results Healogics delivers.

    They are responsible for initial and ongoing training including but not limited to quarterly field ride alongs, monthly, quarterly, and annual results review as well as mentoring and coaching towards target achievement for all direct reports.

    Ultimately, the Center Development Director is responsible for achieving new patient growth through Strategic Planning, Customer Specific Tactics, and developed Call Plans for their Territory (ies).


    All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.

    Essential Functions/Responsibilities


    Responsible for achieving new patient growth through the management of a team of Center Development Liaisons through Strategic Planning, Customer Specific Tactics, and developed Call Plans for their Territory (ies).

    Leads a team of Center Development Liaison professionals as they communicate the Healogics Wound Care Center's value proposition within their community to referring physicians and patients that could benefit from the differentiated, quality care provided by Healogics.

    Ensures the execution against a Territory Management Plan for each Center Development Liaison, including analysis of all referring channels to prioritize for volume maximization.

    Creates an Inspiring Workplaces through coaching and mentoring Center Development Liaisons towards their execution of strategic patient growth campaigns for the wound care programs within their territory to plan, coordinate, and execute activities directed toward increasing appropriate patient referrals to the wound care center(s) to ensure Patient First outcomes to all who would benefit.

    Responsible for initial and ongoing training including but not limited to quarterly field ride alongs, monthly, quarterly, and annual results review as well as mentoring and coaching towards target achievement for all direct reports.

    Hold regional meetings pulling together Center Development Liaisons to share best practices, strategy and results review, and ongoing training.

    Collaborates with Hospital and Physician Territory Leadership and the Home Office Marketing Team to best determine key target referral sources, and develops a systematic approach to build those customer relationships and increase appropriate wound care center referrals.

    Generates timely, weekly, field visit reports and submits/presents monthly field team visit results and progress towards targets and presents to the VP, Center Development.

    Supports and coaches the reporting of market results and highlights to (C)DO and/or (C)VPO, Market Director, and/or Program Director, VPCS and Hospital Executive Sponsor if necessary.

    Develop and maintain comprehensive territory plan with prioritization and referral specialty segmentations to include, but not limited to, existing referring physicians, prospective referring physician, Hospital employed physicians, and appropriate hospital departments.

    Acts as Center Development SME for the territory and supports team in educating site staff and physicians on referring physician opportunities.

    Communicates and work closely with the wound care center, (C)DO and/or (C)VPO, Market Director, and/or Program Director regarding goals, targets, and other relevant referral development information, as needed.

    Performs other duties as required.

    Required Education, Experience And Credentials

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations and six (6) or more years of experience in medical sales/marketing or public relations in the healthcare industry preferred
    OR Associate's degree and eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in medical sales/marketing or public relations in the healthcare industry preferred
    Three to five (3-5) years' experience in managing a sales team with demonstrated successful outcomes including coaching to consistently meeting targets
    Experience in coaching sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
    CRM experience preferred with experience a plus.
    Experience in managing and coaching a multisite team of sales professionals in developing physician field visit plans and interfacing with those physicians, their nurses and front office personnel

    Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

    General knowledge and understanding of the wound care industry and trends, as well as familiarity with the local market
    Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, to include presentation skills in a group setting or on a one-on-one basis
    Ability to translate technical language into layman's terms

    Salary for this position generally ranges between $ $12000 / year .

    This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications:
    education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.

    The salary for this position generally ranges between $76, $183,300.00 Annually
