Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Project Manager:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team

Responsibilities:

Utilizing our client's stage-gate product development process, initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects to deliver scope within established targets for schedule, budget, and quality.
Track progress and performance throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Identify, prioritize, escalate, and facilitate the resolution/mitigation of project issues, risks, and conflicts within cross-functional project teams.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path(s).
Ensures projects are resourced to meet objectives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement through executive-level reporting, project team meetings, frequent stakeholder updates and senior management reviews.
Manage tasks/deliverables or sub-projects from assignment to completion. Work with others within the PMO to develop work objectives, define and communicate scope, resources, and project plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Waterfall methodology experience is required. (Having both Agile and Waterfall would be the best since they will migrate over to Agile down the road)
Cradle to grave project management experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

PMP Preferred.
HVAC industry experience preferred.
Engineering degree would be nice to have as well.
