Our day care centers employ around 240 staff members (m/f/d). The well-being of each individual child is at the center of our pedagogical work.


Job Description:


Assistant (m/f/d) to the Head of Department for Day Care Centers in part-time or full-time (minimum 30 hours/week).


We are looking for you:


  • Are you creative, innovative, and think solutionoriented?
  • Are you organized and love challenges?
  • Can you handle stress and maintain calm and control in conflict and crisis situations?
  • Do you have knowledge in office management?
  • Are you familiar with legal regulations such as KiBiz, personnel regulations, educational agreements, and SGB VIII? And do you have several years of experience working with day care centers?
  • Do you have a passion and great interest in positive changes and actively developing the day care center department?
