Are you searching for a student job in the Digital Payments industry? We are seeking an enrolled student (M/F/d) to gain hands-on experience in this field as soon as possible.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the daily tasks of the Digital Payments team, provide support, and contribute to a variety of exciting projects.

Your role

Monitor payment key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and take necessary actions or escalate important information
Assist with test management for various projects using TestRail, JIRA, and Confluence, and conduct independent testing to improve user experience
Document and record processes and activities
Create PowerPoint presentations
Maintain and update the Jour-Fix protocol in English
Support Payment Managers with daily operations and ad hoc requests

Your qualifications

Currently enrolled as a fulltime student (M/F/d), preferably in the fields of economics, management, or a related degree program
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and responsibly
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of German is a plus
Team player with a strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
