- Directing and managing all operational functions, including production, supply chain, logistics, facilities management and quality control.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity through process optimization and automation.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to assess operational performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA in Operations Management preferred.

- Adept at identifying problems, analysing root causes, and implementing effective solutions to address operational challenges and improve performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business results.
- Ability to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals.
- Bonus potential of as much as $70,000 per year based on company profitability.
