    Description
    Glass Doctor has been serving Western Washington's glass repair needs since 1962 and is currently seeking an enthusiastic Office Receptionist to create positive impressions and assist our valued customers.


    Responsibilities as an Office Receptionist:
    • Handle a high volume of incoming calls by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
    • Ask clarifying questions to direct the caller to the correct department or team member.
    • Inform customers by answering inquiries or referring them to the right resources.
    • Respond to and monitor web leads and communications.
    • Complete various clerical tasks between phone calls.
    • Understand and operate the telecommunications system effectively.
    • Contribute to team efforts by achieving necessary outcomes.

    Requirements for Education, Experience, and Licensing:
    • Prior experience in reception or call center roles is advantageous
    • Familiarity with phone systems preferred
    • Previous exposure to Microsoft Office software is a plus
    Working Hours:
    • Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
