As the Front Desk Sales and Receptionist at our Spa, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and promoting our spa's offerings to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using our spa management software.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate spa treatments based on their preferences and needs.
- Process checkins and checkouts efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Provide detailed information about our spa services, packages, and promotions to encourage bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, keeping promotional materials wellstocked.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and crossselling spa services and retail products.
- Handle client feedback and concerns with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or sales roles preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using spa management software or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive and approachable attitude, even in highpressure situations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of spa treatments, services, and products is a plus.
