- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Provide detailed information about our spa services, packages, and promotions to encourage bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, keeping promotional materials well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling spa services and retail products.
- Handle client feedback and concerns with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or sales roles preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using spa management software or similar systems.
