Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Communicates and advocates to landlords to support clients obtaining and maintaining housing placement.
  • Prepares, presents and documents client cases.
  • Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team that prepares and presents client case presentations.
  • Assesses clients for employment, social security and disability insurance eligibility, gathers records and schedules treatment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (some grants require this level of education) in a Social Services field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with underserved populations in a social service setting.
  • Basic user of MS Office.
  • Be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience; possesses a valid California driver's license; and has no Class 1 or more than two Class 2 violations within the past 36 months.
  • Participate in an annual Tuberculosis screening and/or other screenings when necessary.
