Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Communicates and advocates to landlords to support clients obtaining and maintaining housing placement.
- Prepares, presents and documents client cases.
- Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team that prepares and presents client case presentations.
- Assesses clients for employment, social security and disability insurance eligibility, gathers records and schedules treatment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (some grants require this level of education) in a Social Services field or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 months of experience working with underserved populations in a social service setting.
- Basic user of MS Office.
- Be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience; possesses a valid California driver's license; and has no Class 1 or more than two Class 2 violations within the past 36 months.
- Participate in an annual Tuberculosis screening and/or other screenings when necessary.
