Team Intro:
Products are key in E-commerce, with GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) being the ultimate goal. The TikTok Shop Merchandise Operations team is dedicated to providing E-commerce sellers on TikTok with effective product management techniques and tools to enhance product richness and competitiveness, leading to increased GMV growth.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The annual base salary for this position is $237,500. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and stock options.
