We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Pharmacy Services department, which includes Sales and Training Center, at our location in Coon Valley, WI.

Responsibilities:


As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15 sales employees and 5 training employees in the office.


Your tasks will include:


  • Participation in annual success planning. Defining annual success and goal achievement parameters and implementing them throughout the year
  • Resource planning, hiring, dismissals, and personnel measures
  • Planning, implementing, and controlling projects based on the annual plan and guidelines, briefing for actions
  • Continuous monitoring of department results. Ensuring goal achievement and implementing corrective measures
  • Planning and conducting employee and customer development discussions
  • Managing, organizing, and documenting employee training measures. Defining training content and creating training materials, conducting own training measures
  • Ensuring the accuracy and correctness of all documents and materials used in the department. Creating own materials as needed
  • Planning, conducting, and documenting regular meetings to monitor goal achievement. Creating analyses and concepts
