    Description

    Grow your career as a Risk and Controls Program Manager with an innovative global bank in Rutherford, NJ. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will support the team in ensuring that the program management aspects are delivered for the Enterprise Risk Management book of work and that ongoing oversight of this area continues. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

    Contract Duration: 12+ Months
    Required Skills & Experience

    • 15+ years of extensive experience in Risk and Controls domain.
    • Working understanding of Enterprise Risk Management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work across business and functions.
      What You Will Be Doing
      • Support planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
      • Direct the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
      • Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
      • Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work.
      • Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understand the program schedule and key milestones, and receive schedule status regularly.
      • Escalate program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
      • Grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications.
