Rutherford Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and team-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our patient-focused practice.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and have an excellent experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and checkin patients in a caring and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide basic information about our services
- Maintain organized patient files and records
- Collect copayments and handle other basic administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the office manager and physical therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness of facility
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, electronic medical records)
Team player with a positive, friendly attitude
