    Description
    The Benefits Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for all aspects of day-to-day benefits.


    Responsibilities


    • Handles day to day benefits and leave administration
    • Coordinate with key stakeholders on benefits-related concerns
    • Provide benefits orientations, enrollments, and claims processing assistance through self-funded plan
    • Timely and accurate processing of benefits-related documentation
    • Administer and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
    • Compile data for HR-related decisions
    • Perform employee profile set up and configuration
    • Analyze claims data and makes recommendations
    • Maintain training documentation
    • Recommend process improvement on managing daily and scheduled reports
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of systems related projects
    • Maintain system security and data integrity

    Qualifications


    • 3+ years of benefits experience
    • Proven knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and federal/state leave laws
    • Degree in relevant field required

    Salary Range:
    $80,000-$90,000

    Work Environment:
    Hybrid (Tues-Thurs on-site)
