Job Description

The Benefits Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for all aspects of day-to-day benefits.

Responsibilities

Handles day to day benefits and leave administration

Coordinate with key stakeholders on benefits-related concerns

Provide benefits orientations, enrollments, and claims processing assistance through self-funded plan

Timely and accurate processing of benefits-related documentation

Administer and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Compile data for HR-related decisions

Perform employee profile set up and configuration

Analyze claims data and makes recommendations

Maintain training documentation

Recommend process improvement on managing daily and scheduled reports

Contribute to the planning and execution of systems related projects

Maintain system security and data integrity

Qualifications

3+ years of benefits experience

Proven knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and federal/state leave laws

Degree in relevant field required

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000

Work Environment:Hybrid (Tues-Thurs on-site)
