What role will you play?

  • You support crossfunctional teams from various organizational areas in developing disruptive business models, the latest innovation techniques, and customer orientation.
  • Your consulting is based on intensive evidencebased research, and you accompany the innovation teams from idea selection to final implementation.
  • You win stakeholders in the individual organizational units, enable them to actively overcome obstacles or put together teams and integrate them into the organization.
  • You create suitable structures and routines to provide the teams with a creative environment.
  • In addition, as part of this position, you will work with a crossfunctional team of innovation coaches to further develop the innovation program together.
  • Your open mindset helps you to identify trends, evaluate their possibilities for Siemens, be a source of inspiration, and inspire team members.

What you need to make it happen:

  • You have an academic degree in a technical or business
