- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of technical automotive experience.
- Skills: Proficient in facilitation, adult learning theory, process improvement principles, and dealership process diagnosis.
- Presentation: Excellent presentation and listening skills with the ability to engage adult learners.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and internet use.
- Collaborate with Team Leader and regional teams to ensure course offerings align with dealer needs.
- Deliver technical, product knowledge, and skill-based instruction, including certification, tactical, product launch, and tailored programs.
- Uphold the Automotive Brand profile in each training session.
- Contribute as a subject matter expert in curricula design and development.
- Partner with regional and Academy teams to assess training needs and provide feedback on curricula.
- Assist in determining core competencies for Technicians and Shop Foremen.
- Work with the Team Leader to ensure quality delivery, meeting goals and standards consistently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and automotive products by attending auto shows and reading trade publications.
- Up to 25% travel required for train-the-trainer workshops and international product training (Passport required).
- Field role, with a home base in the designated region.
- Facility Management: Maintain the training center and collaborate on building improvements.
- Fleet Management: Ensure the training center fleet is operational and conduct on-vehicle worksheets and diagnostic testing.
- Tools and Equipment: Ensure all tools and equipment are available and well-maintained at the Learning Center.
