  • Our location in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a competent contact person for a diverse role in various areas, which you will independently and competently take on as an HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist (w/m/d). Your responsibilities:


  • You will be the HR contact person for our management, executives, and employees at the Bloomfield Hills location, providing advice on all personnelrelated issues.
  • The main focus of your versatile role will be in operational HR work (administrative tasks, preparation of payroll, maintenance of our HR systems), supporting the entire "Employee Life Cycle," and recruiting.
  • You will also be responsible for the care of our commercial apprentices at the location.
  • You will accompany our central HR and company processes (e.g., personnel planning, goalsetting process) at the location and contribute to HR projects for the further development of our processes and tools.
  • You will work closely with internal interfaces (e.g., payroll, personnel development) and departments both at the location and across locations.

Your qualifications:


  • You have a degree or commercial training with additional HR qualifications, and an instructor (AdA) certificate is desirable.
  • As an "HR allrounder," you have several years of professional experience in a similar role and broad HR knowhow, as well as knowledge of current labor law.
