- Responsibilities include entry-level office support including but not limited to answering phones, managing the marketing closet, answering social media messages
- Effectively manage advertisements
- CRM management and organization
- Managing meeting notes for market calls
- Working with graphic designers to develop marketing material
- Help manage and update the newsletter
- Website updates
- Videos and photos for social media
- Social media graphics
- Event planning and coordinating
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college and must major in a Marketing program. Experience in digital marketing related activities or work preferred.
- The ability and desire to be: productive, accurate, and organized.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and statistical knowledge.
- Social media management experience preferred.
- Content creation experience.
- Website Development and Maintenance experience preferred
- This position requires a valid drivers license and physical ability to walk job sites and lift up to 50lbs.
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
- Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
