Overview:

• The Marketing Intern will work on a variety of marketing projects with a focus on community development and implementation of special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote community engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to create content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Supports the planning and execution of community events, including outreach efforts and logistics coordination.
• May assist in conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Assists in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Assists with updating social media as they pertain to community engagement and special projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contributes creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provides administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Ability to learn quickly about marketing in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
