Caretaker / Building Technician (m/f/d)
Location: StuttgartWorking hours: hours per week

Your tasks:
- Supporting the site manager and acting as a contact person for the client for building management
- Assisting with the creation of maintenance and inspection services, as well as performance and quality control of in-house and external services
- Monitoring of legal inspection deadlines and requirements, as well as warranty, defect, and damage management
- Assisting with the calculation and preparation of quotes for regular and additional services
- Monitoring, acceptance, and coordination of subcontractor services
What you bring:
- Successfully completed training as a SHK systems mechanic | central heating and ventilation builder | gas and water installer | electrician | mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology or a comparable qualification in the construction industry
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Experience in technical building management desirable
