Responsibilities:

  • You define technical projects and lead them operationally (e.g. infrastructure and machinery projects, process optimization and development)
  • You are responsible for setting project goals, measuring and monitoring results, and taking action in case of deviations
  • You manage a crosssite team of 7 employees both technically and disciplinarily
  • You coordinate collaboration with internal and external interfaces in a matrix organization
  • You implement and establish new organizational processes and optimize existing ones

Qualifications:

  • You have a successful technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering) or a comparable education
  • You have several years of professional experience, ideally in mediumsized companies
  • You ideally have leadership experience
  • You have experience with project management tools and corresponding methodological knowledge
  • You have strong communication skills, a solutionoriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • You possess strong selfmotivation, leadership skills, and resilience
