    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required, along with previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
    • Strong critical thinking, math, and computer skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests
    • Passion for holistic body care and basic knowledge of massage and skincare services

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all clients feel valued and listened to
    • Advocate for Total Body Care by informing clients about available services, enrolling them in the Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and promoting retail purchases
    • Manage clinic operations by welcoming clients, arranging services, handling calls and emails, and addressing inquiries
    • Expand and maintain a client base through in-person interactions and outreach via phone and email
