- Provide technical support for our CRM andProprietary Inventory applications, including troubleshooting issues, investigating root causes, and implementing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture, functionalities, and integrations.
- Perform system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in testing activities, including regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze and document user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for application enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to application support and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical application support, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, and integration technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
- Experience with enterprise application platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tool. Jira is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Oracle Certified Associate) are a plus.
