- Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
- Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments
- Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
- Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
- Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
- Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
- The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
- Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory

The starting wage is $19. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety.
