    Als maintenance engineer ben je werkzaam in dagdienst en verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen/optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen en het leiden van onderhoudsprojecten en verbeterteams. Ook ondersteun je de operationele teams bij complexe issues door het gebruik van data-analyse en vakinhoudelijke kennis, dit gebeurt middels de WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodiek. De focus ligt op het gebied van automatisering/besturings- en energietechniek. Wij verwachten van je dat je participeert in een consignatiedienst. Je hebt een centrale en waardevolle positie binnen de onderhoudsafdeling maar ook met externe contacten zoals leveranciers en onderaannemers. Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die van aanpakken weet en continu wilt verbeteren.

    Je bent gewend om in teamverband te werken en hebt een afgeronde technische HBO/WO-opleiding met elektrotechnische achtergrond. Jouw profiel:

    Je hebt (werk)ervaring als engineer in een onderhoudsdienst bij voorkeur in een industriële productie omgeving.

    Je hebt kennis op het gebied van preventieve onderhoudstechnieken en kan deze ontwikkelen en uittrainen.

    Je hebt kennis op het gebied van besturingstechniek zoals het programmeren van PLC (S7 en TIA-portal) en het afstellen van regelkringen.

    Je hebt affiniteit met de procesindustrie, je bent communicatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.

    Je hebt een flexibele en stressbestendige instelling en bent bereid om cursussen te volgen.

    Je hebt de drive om continu te willen verbeteren en hebt affiniteit met lean werkmethodieken en verbeterteams.

Daarnaast heeft Isover een speciaal assortiment voor toepassingen in de industrie en scheepsbouw. De productielocatie van Isover Nederland is gevestigd in Etten-Leur. Hier produceren wij glaswol (Isover) en glasvlies (Adfors). In Nederland werken in totaal zo'n 280 medewerkers verspreid over de diverse merken.
