Professional PT is looking for a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey.


Responsibilities of a Patient Care Coordinator include:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
  • Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
  • Checking patients in and out, collecting necessary information and payments
  • Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations as needed
  • Coordinating with other healthcare providers and assisting with the completion of patient documentation
  • Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
