- Independently developing tenders
- Participation in execution planning
- Coordinating, monitoring and invoicing of construction projects
- Cost estimation and cost control
- Coordination and coordination with all internal and external project participants
Requirements:
- Completed training as a civil engineer, architect, construction technician or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of AVA software
- Ideally, you have professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good knowledge of current standards and country-specific regulations
- Driver's license class B
